groundwater depi'h required lira`infiltration structures, We cniisidcrthis, material
"standard engine Y
ering practice" ftn,, application iii desigil of s, sterns. This
data has been provided to other consultants with similar proposals in the past. It is our
recommendation that infiltration desigtis comply with these criteria.
Lbdii,.) Tire drainage area plan submitted with the resPonse letter did not include contour
information. A comparisan of the drainage area plan witli the site plan indicates that tile
drainage area divides, ,,.dii(mn are not perpendicular to the proposed gradies, which is the
direction.of water flo v, Some:alteration of the grading would be required for the
dminage meas to, ftmoion as proposed.
lx.i.) We reconunend as better pTetrealnitnt niethod than currently proposed be provided.
At the Beech.wood Hill site r0`en-,1,,iQe1d by CS1, we also reconimended a catch basin witli as
swnpan,d hood arrangelment, After discussions withl'own Staffiaiid the consultant, we
uccepled the proposcd design in pail, because clogging of the leaebing areas woUld impact
the Iiioperty owner with ponding in the pal, king lot, Tbe doign proposed JC)r this parcel
could result in nmoff overflows to thiesubdivision mWway radwr than ponding on-sitc.
