At any time during the operation of this project it becomes necessary for the Grantee to detour traffic it shall be his responsibility to Notify the Dist:fct Highway Engineer in writing seventy-two (72) hours in advance of this detour. The Grantee shaii supply the District Righvay Engineer with a plan showing the intended route of this detour along with the appropriate slgntng and the number Of Malice Officers to be assigned to this detour.
