locally known as Turnpike Street or Route 114 for the constructing of :a
comme3rcial,. driveway and acceleration and deceleration lanes to property on
the northerly side of the highway, . The liTnits of the work shall be between
station 07+ 5 and station 14+06 as shown on the attached sketch.
o equipment, trucks, etc shall occupy any part of the travelled way except
between the hours of 9600 A.M. and 3:30 P.1I. from Monday through Friday.
Saturday work is not permitted under the terns of this permit. Also, no
wort shall be allowed on the day before -or the day aXter a long weekend which
involves a holiday without the permission of the District highway Engineer.
Said driveway shall be surfaced with Bituminoua Concrete, Type, i and shall
be comprised of a " Class x Bituminous Concrete Base Course and two ( )
1 "' courses of Class 1 Bituminous Concrete Pavement for e total depth of
6" with a foundation of at least 611 of compacted gravel. The finished sUrf�oe
shall butt into and not overlap the existing highway grade at the road edge.

The driveway shall be so graded that no water shall enter the layout nor pond

It shall be the responsibility of the Grantee to remove and reset the existing
guardrail in accordance with State Specifications and with all ends being
buried.
The Grantee shall install all the pavement markings as shown on the plan and
in conformance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Coatroi Devices (MOTCD)
and M. .P.W. Standards and Specifications.
