The revised plan has been reviewed for the above referenced property. Attached is the disapproval letter with some edits requested.
The designer still is showing the reserve leach trench less than 100'to the BVW so he would need to request a variance from the BOH. However, it appears he
could reconfigure the reserve leach trenches slightly to keep everything outside of the 100'buffer. I guess we will see what he comes back with as a response or
options.
