Additionally, it was treated the srrraaller cltampster enclosure was in disrepair, and the larger durn pstcr enclosure clicl riot haavc ,a latch on its door. A reinspection on `~lcptearrb r 28, 2022 noted that. the violations were Mill na:at addressed. Dne to the numerOUS nISPCCtiOTIS and IailLfl-e to correct these violations, and in accordance with the Town of'North Andover's DUInpStCr Regulations liar the RCITIOVal, Transportation and Storage of Garbage, rubbish, 011.11 Or Other 011'LnSiVe SUbSt',inces, a fine of$50 per violation has been issued for a total of S200 for the four violations obsetwed. These fines will continue to accrue each day the violafl(,.)ns are not corrected. Once corrected and reinspected, a trionetary Burn ofthe violations will be sent to yon, and this rinist be paid to the J'own Clerk's Mice at 120 Main Street, North Andover MA ()1845 within 30 days. This must be as signed contract showing work to be corripicted and a start (late no later than October 24, 2022 submilled to our department.
