HomeMy WebLinkAbout137 Lancaster Road - NACC #298 Small Project - Permits #NACC #298 - 137 LANCASTER ROAD 10/12/2022 CONSERVATION DEPARTMENT Community & Economic Development Division Mr. Mark Bunker 6 Glendale Sheet Haverhill, NIA. 01832 October 13, 2022 137 Lancaster Road, North Andover Updates To An Existing Deck Conservation Conditions of Approval, NACC #298 Pursuant to section 4.4.2 (A) of the North Andover Wetlands Protection Regulations, Mark Bunker, filed for a Small Project Permit on behalf of the homeowners for work proposed at 137 Lancaster Rd,North Andover. The work involves: removal&replacement of existing decking boards, stairway risers, deck trim board, and composite tails. Structural integrity of all framing will be examined once the decking has been removed. No new footings of ground disturbance are proposed. Construction debris will be in-imediately hauled to a dump trailer stored in the driveway. Work at its closest point will be approximately 67-feet from the BVW, based on Conservation Department staff measurements. During the October 12, 2022 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Commission (NACC) found this project to qualify as a Small Project Permit and voted unan inously to approve this project as proposed under Category "B" In-,hand replaevwnl of larvfitljI exisling decks, regardless of size subject to compliance with the conditions listed below. The project is approved only as it relates to the Conservation Comnntssion and any and all other approvals should be obtained by the applicant/homeowner. All work shall conform to the following plans and conditions: RECORD DOCUMENTS: Small Project Filing Including: Application Checklist, Written Project Proposal prepared by Mark Banker, GIS Aerial Plan showing proximity of work to BVW The following conditions are hereb mandated: CONDITIONS: 1. Pre-construction meeting with the Conservation Department to review means and methods of proposed work. 2, Dutnpster&porta-john shall be placed on the paved driveway. 3. Post-construction inspection with the Consen ation Department to verify compliance. *The applicant, hoteowner and their contractors are advised that NO other work on the property is allowed under this permit.
