Casey SITE CONDITIONS Contractor reports any changes to design plan Existing septic tank properly abandoned, if present Internal plumbing all to one building sewer Topography not appreciably altered Comments: 9/15/22 - Designer set a new benchmark in the driveway per Installer. Elevation = 91.93 (nail in pavement). I. I. DaRowe  9/15/22 - Effluent is flowing into by pass vent and discharging into the septic tank inlet. The installer will remove and re-install the by pass vent with a 90 elbow to increase the height differential between the by pass vent outlet at the D-box and the high point of the vent to prevent effluent from discharging into the septic tank. I.
