Comments:
9/15/22 - 2” x 4” coupling installed 1’+/- from D-box inlet. I. DaRowe
9/15/22 - Effluent is flowing into by pass vent and discharging into the
septic tank inlet. The installer will remove and re-install the by pass vent
with a 90 elbow to increase the height differential between the by pass
vent outlet at the D-box and the high point of the vent to prevent effluent
from discharging into the septic tank. I. DaRowe
