Comments: 7/29/22 – Existing cast iron building sewer pipe remains in place for
most of the length to preserve vegetation in front of house. D. Ottenheimer

achieved by visual testing

7/29/22 – Outlet tee centered well inside of outlet opening however the filter is
accessible and was demonstrated to be able to be removed. Reminded installer
of need for manhole cover to finished grade over effluent filter. D. Ottenheimer

Comments: 7/29/22 – Contractor installed o.5 hp pump instead of 0.4 hp pump
specified on design plan, same model. Pump is adequate however is
considerable force of water at distribution box. Reminded installer of need for
manhole cover to finished grade over pump. D. Ottenheimer
