Update on Fountain Drive
Mr. Bernardin explained that the Director of the Housing Authority spoke with Cambridge Housing Authority about
acting as consultants for the Fountain Drive project. Mr. Bernardin distributed background information on the
Cambridge Housing Authority and a Scope of Services. Mr. Bernardin explained that this area is a specialized niche
because of public procurement requirements. The Trustees discussed the possible need for a project manager and
an internal committee or person to monitor the project on behalf of the Housing Authority and Trust. The Housing
th
Authority invited the Trustees to a meeting on October 13 at 2:30 where the Cambridge Housing Authority will be
presenting their proposal.
Treasurers August Report
Mr. Bernardin distributed the bank statement and general ledger through September. Mr. Koehler noted the CPC
funds have not been deposited yet.
Preparing/maintaining schedule of current and outstanding obligations
Mr. Jee explained the need for the Trust to track funds that have been committed. The Trustees agree there has
to be a clear understanding of what has been committed and what is left in order to make decisions. Mr. Jee stated
we need to also make sure we are maintaining a ledger moving forward. Ms. Burzlaff volunteered to create a
spreadsheet to be reviewed at the next meeting.
