As owner's trustee for the subject property, i am writing this letter to confirm our position that we
prefer that there not be a fence installed between our property and the A.L. Prime gas station located at
1725 Turnpike Street, understanding that this is a change from what was indicated on the A.L. Prime
approved site plan.
