Following my last email, I was able to get a layout of the intersection that includes the location of a previous tee and valve that we can hopefully use for the new hydrant (please see attached).That valve is located outside of the state layout so we will not need state permitting for that location. If this hydrant location is acceptable and we do not need to survey the intersection or file for state permitting, I think we can get the hydrant installed quickly, possibly before the station is ready to open.
