The existing Town main line is 10"diameter, not 8"as as shown on the plan. The proposed water line alteration must be copper tubing and does not raise any concerns as shown. The Health Department will work with the applicant on their necessary approvals from the Health Department when they contact us and are ready to begin the process. They will need to file for a Septic Abandonment Permit, submit a Food Establishment Plan Review Guide for construction of the new convenience store to determine equipment needed, layout and material finishes inside the establishment. They will also need to amend their dumpster permit application for the new dumpster location.
