Background

approved in 1995 (c. 1995), and LP gas shed (220 s.f.).

Proposed Improvements
(a) Construction of a new 4,786 s.f.colonial-styIe retail convenience store;
(b) Installation of six dispensers (for a total of twelve fueling positions) offering self-
service/pay-at-the pump features to move customers quickly and efficiently through the
site. The new dispensers will moved farther back from Osgood Street than existing
conditions;
(c) Construction of a new overhead canopy which will include a state-of-the-art fire
suppression system above the gas dispensers;
(d) Installation of new Cumberland Farms signs and other related signage;
(e) Replacement of three existing underground tanks installed in 1992,with the
installation of two (2)new 20,000 gallon underground storage tanks with a state-of-the-
art leak detection system,and,
(h) Upgrading of screening and landscaping throughout the property, particularly
along Osgood Street and the Osgood Street,Old Clark Street intersection in order to
enhance aesthetics,
