Speck information and the general guidelines,for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to attend this meeting can be found on the Town's website, at www.northandoverma.gov. For this meeting, in person attendance of members of the public and Board members will be permitted.Members of the public who wish to watch the meeting live may do so on their televisions by tuning to Comcast Channel 8 or Iterizon Channel 26 or online at www.northandovercam.org. Every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings in real time, via technological means.In the event that we are unable to do so, despite best efforts, we will post on the Town of North Andover website an audio or video recording, transcript, or other comprehensive record ofproceedings as soon as possible after the meeting. If the public would like to participate in public hearings, but not attend the meeting in-person please email your question/comment prior to or during the meeting to ibattersbygtiorthandoverma.gov. The question/comment will be read during the proceedings and responded to accordingly. 1. Call to Order a. Pledge of Allegiance 2. New Public Hearing of 23 Cleveland Street The petition of Dawn Vargas for property at 23 Cleveland Street (Map 029.0, Parcel 0027), North Andover, MA 01845 in the R-4 Zoning District. The Applicant is requesting a Variance pursuant to Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws Section 195-7.3 Yards (setbacks) for one side setback in the R-4 Zoning District for the purpose of extending an existing deck on the property; specifically, Applicant has requested a side setback needing a relief variance of 14.09 ft. (side setback proposed is 5.91 ft., side setback required is 20 feet). 3. New Public Hearing of 96 Campion Road The petition of Kristopher Hebert for property at 96 Campion Road (Map 062.00, Parcel 0084), North Andover, MA 01845 in the R-1 Zoning District. The Applicant is requesting a Special Permit pursuant to Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws Section 195-4.2Q Family suite in the R-1 Zoning District for the purpose of building a family suite within the existing home; specifically, Applicant has requested a family suite with a Gross Floor Area("GFA") of 1,010 sf. Existing GFA is 6,042 sf, allowed GFA is 1,200 sf or 25%, whichever is less. Notices and agendas are to be posted 48 hours in advance of the meeting excluding Saturdays,Sundays and legal holidays. Please keep in mind the Town Clerk's hours of operation and make necessary arrangements to be sure your posting is made in an adequate amount of time. New Public Hearing of 290 Webster Woods Lane The petition of Jeff Soucy for property at 290 Webster Woods Lane (Map 106.13, Parcel 0170), North Andover, MA 01845 in the R-2 Zoning District. The Applicant is requesting a Special Permit pursuant to Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws Section 195-4.2Q Family suite in the R-2 Zoning District for the purpose of constructing a family suite within the unfinished basement of the existing home. 5. New Public Hearing of 87 Coachmans Lane The petition of Crossroads Contracting—Nick Couture for property at 87 Coachmans Lane (Map 0037.A, Parcel 0025), North Andover, MA 01845 in the R-1 Zoning District. The Applicant is requesting a Special Permit pursuant to Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws Section 195-4.2Q Family suite in the R-1 Zoning District for the purpose of constructing a family suite within the basement of the existing home. 6. New Public Hearing of 55 Dana Street The petition of Robert P. Tine for property at 55 Dana Street (Map 010.0, Parcel 0014), North Andover, MA 01845 in the R-4 Zoning District. The Applicant is requesting a Variance pursuant to Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws Section 195 Attachment 3 Table 2: Summary of Dimensional Requirements for one side setback in the R-4 Zoning District for the purpose of constructing an additional garage bay; specifically, Applicant is requesting a side setback needing a relief variance of 6'3" (side setback proposed is 8'9", side setback required per Table 2 is 15'). 7.
