HomeMy WebLinkAboutAbutter Letter in Opposition.Young-34 Wentworth Avenue - Correspondence - 34 Wentworth Avenue 11/1/2021 RO'Ceived October 27, 2021 NOV -12021 Dear Zoning Board Members, Zoning Board of Appeals I am writing in regard to the petition by Jonathan Grasso for the property at 34 Wentworth Avenue requesting four variances to the Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws. I have lived at 40 Wentworth Avenue for 24 years. I believe that allowing a house to be built on this lot will degrade the look and feel of the neighborhood. I am also gravely concerned that our home values will decrease—particularly my house since my property abuts the lot at 34 Wentworth Avenue. During my time living at 40 Wentworth Avenue, I have attended Zoning Board meetings when others tried to obtain variances in order to build on this lot.Thankfully,the Zoning Board has always denied the request for variances. I am unable to attend the November 9th meeting in person since I currently work at night.This letter serves to go on the record that I strongly oppose building on the lot at 34 Wentworth Avenue. I urge you to disapprove the requested variances. Thank you for your service and support of our community.
