as Lot 7 on a plan of land entitled"Subdivision Plan of band of Campion Hall Located in North Andover,
Massachusetts", Owner, G.P.V., Inc,, dated November 16, 1984, and recorded in the Essex North District
.� Registry of Deeds as Plan 9887,to which Plan reference is made for a more particular description of said Lot
E 7, Campion hall is also known as Hardtcourt Estates.
Lot 7 contains 43,568 squares feet of land,more or less,according to said Plan,
Together with the right to use all roads within the subdivision in common with all others entitled
thereto for all purposes for which public ways are used in the Town of North Andover.
Subject to and together with the benef t of all easements, covenants,agreements and restrictions of
i record insofar as the saute are still In force and applicable.
We, James J. Lacourse, a/k/a James Lacourse, and Lisa J. Lacourse, a/k/a Lisa L. Lacourse,
individually and as Trustees of the said J&L Realty Trust(f/k/a J&A Realty Trust) release to the Qrantees
all rights of homestead said other interests therein held by all of the beneficiaries of the said J& L Realty
Trust and certify wider the pains and penalties of perjury that no other persons are, entitled to clean the
benefit of an existing estate of homestead in the property,
