a household is allowable by special permit, provided.
The dwelling unit is net occupied by anyone except brothers, s4sters, matern2l and
paternal parents and grandparents, or children of the residing owners of the dwelling

A separate dwelling unit located within a single-family dwelling subordinate in size to the
principal u nit and saparated from it in a manner which rnaIntains the appearance of the
