Notice is hereby given that the North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the
North Andover Town Hall at 120 Main Street,North Andover, MA on Tuesday, October 18,2022 at
7:30 p.m. to all parties interested in the petition of Jeff Soucy for property at 290 Webster Woods Lane
(Map 106.13,Parcel 0170), North Andover, MA 01845 in the R-2 Zoning District.
The Applicant is requesting a Special Permit pursuant to Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws
Section 195-4.2Q Family suite in the R-2 Zoning District for the purpose of constructing a family suite
within the unfinished basement of the existing home.
Application and supporting materials are available for review at the office of the Zoning Department
located at 120 Main Street,North Andover, MA on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from the hours of
8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., Tuesday from the hours of 8:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m., and Friday from the hours of 8:00
a.m.-11:30 a.m.
