(978)376-3721 November 9, 2022 North Andover Zoning Board 120 Main Street North Andover, MA 01845 Re: 15 Furber Avenue Dear Board Members: In response to the abutters and the Board's comments and concerns we have redesigned the above project. The project now consists of replacing the current 2-family home with another 2-family home, rather than 3-units. The new structure will consist of 2-Townhouse units' side-by-side that will be centered on the lot. The current structure is located in the rear left side of the lot. The parking will be accessed directly off of Furber Avenue with garages in the front, As opposed-to the earlier project, the project will now avoid using Upland Street and will not have access from the rear. This new structure will not require any variances, the only relief we now need is a Special Permit under section 195-9.2, Alteration or Extension of a pre-existing non- conforming structure. The new structure will replace an older 2-family which is in disrepair with 2-new units that will ultimately be owner occupied condominium units. For this reason, I respectively ask this Board to grant a Special Permit to allow the applicant to replace the current 2-family structure with a new 2-family structure. Thank you in advance.
