the Notice of Intent for this proposal. Some redesign has been called for.
I would like to request that the Planning Board hearing scheduled for
December 3, 1987 be continued until such time as we can obtain an order of
Conditions. Thank you for your cooperation.

of the Contact Bast Site Plan, the Planning Board voted to continue your
public hearing until their meeting of January 7, 1988.

Re: Request for Comment - Lot 5 Willow Street South Contact East
The North Andover Conservation Commission considered a Notice
of Intent for this project and has issued a denial. The denial
suggests that the addition with associated parking could be
accomplished without the filling of the resource area. I would
suggest that the applicant re-design the project to accommodate
the recommendations of the NACC.

The proposed addition requires the obstruction
of the existing wetland. My question is, will the filling
of this channel cause flooding and sloes it interfere with
the areas drainage pattern?

Re: Contact East Site Plan Review
Dear Scott:
As concerns an appropriate date for this hearing, while the North Andover
Conservation Commission directed us to submit revised plans for this
proposal, their official action was a denial of the Notice of Intent. A new
Notice of Intent must be filed. In view of this, a new hearing date early in
February would seem appropriate. Thank you.

Dear Jim:
Please be advised that the Planning Board, during their
January 7 , 1988 meeting, voted to request that you withdraw with-
out prejudice , your pending site plan listed above. The
Board made this request since the initial public hearing
on this site plan was continued without a review on December 3 ,
1987 and felt that a two month extension of a .public hearing
without any review was procedurally unfair and contrary to the
public interest of providing sufficient notice and timely
review of issues before the Board.
Please notify my office of your response to this request
prior to January 15th. Thank you for your time and effort in
this matter .
