River Place T Lawrence, MA 01844 Dear Mr. MacLeod: RE: Hangar fi Lawrence Municipal Airport 2003-ANE-37-NRA Thank you for your correspondence regarding the proposed hangar at the Lawrence Municipal Airport, Lawrence,MA. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has completed an aeronautical study to determine the effect on the safe and efficient use of navigable airspace by your proposal. The FAA has no aeronautical objections to your proposal. The proposal does not represent an exceeds to any of our protected FAR Part 77 surfaces. The determination has been made with respect to the safe and efficient use of airspace by aircraft and with respect to the safety of persons and property on the ground. In making this determination,FAA has considered matters such as effects on existing airspace and projected programs of the FAA, the effects that existing or proposed man-made objects (on file with FAA) and known natural objects within the affected area would have on the proposal. This determination in no way preempts or waives any ordinances, laws or regulations of any other governmental body or agency. This determination is not meant to imply the proposal has been found to be environmentally acceptable in accordance with existing national environmental policies of objectives. Sincerely, William M.
