Were notified by regular Upon a motion made by John Pallone and 2nd by Robert Ford, the Board voted to GRANT a Variance from the requirements of Section 8 to allow relief of 102 parking spaces(8 spaces approved),with the corxltion that used to accommodate the self-storageparking be facility exdusivefy,and that reasonable landscaping be added according to the Plan by: Piilip Christiansen, Registered f ngirieer,#28895,rovision dated 4120199 and to GRANT a Special Permit from the reWirement of Section 4, P4.1.1A 4,132(15)that it be a self-storage facility similar in character to the Permitted use i.e.;a warehousing per the said plan in order to construct a I two story building and 3 single story buildings. Voting in favor Walter F. Soule, Robert Ford, John Pallone, Ellen Mclntyre. Opposed William J. Sullivan.
