HISTORY AND BACKGROUND On August 7, 2012, the applicant requested a waiver of the Site Plan Review Special Permit, in accordance with the North Andover Zoning Bylaw section 8.3.2.c.i, so as to allow the construction of a 2-story 2200 sq. ft. addition. The existing wooden addition will be demolished and the new addition will be constructed in the same location. DECISION After a Planning Board meeting on the above date, and upon a motion by D, Kellogg and 2"a by L. Rudnicki, a vote was taken with regard to a waiver of the Site Plan Review Special Permit. The vote was unanimous in favor of the waiver, FINDINGS OF FACT The Planning Board has made its decision based on the following findings: • The new addition will be constructed in the same location as an existing wooden structure. The footprint of the new structure will exceed the existing footprint by approximately 200 sq. ft. • The proposed changes will not have a significant impact within the site and in relation to adjacent properties.
