bounded and described as follows:
a NORTHERLY AND
NORTHWESTERLY: in four courses, by Lot 6A, as shown on said Plan,
measuring 100.00 feet, 70 feet, 178.00 feet, and 145.00
feet, respectively;
' EASTERLY: by land now or formerly of Warlick, as shown on
said Plan,79.67 feet;
SOUTHERLY: by Lot 8, as shown on said Plan, 340.97 feet; and
WESTERLY: by the curved sideline of Bonny Lane, as shown on
said Plan, 175.00 feet.
Said Lot 7A contains 46,210 square feet of land, more or less,all according to said Plan.

Said premises are conveyed together with the right to the Grantees,their heirs,successors
and assigns,to pass,repass, and otherwise use, in common with others lawfully entitled
thereto, the streets and ways shown on said flan for all purposes for which such streets
and ways are commonly used in the Town of North Andover,however, no fee interest in
said streets is hereby conveyed to the Grantee.
Said premises are conveyed subject to two easements running from North to South across
the easterly portion of said Lot 7A, being shown on said Plan as"60' GREEN AREA&
BUFFER EASEMENT' and"25' DRAINAGE EASEMENT"',respectively, the rights to
which EZ Street Construction,Inc. has reserved to itself, its successors and assigns.
Said premises are conveyed subject to a right of way along the entire length of the

other than those executing this deed..

Grantor by deed dated July 17, 2018 and recorded on July 24,2018 at the Essex.North
District Registry of Deeds in Book 15558,Page 292.
