I looked at risd u r,ing the height to cum ply with the bylaw but the roof became too short in relation to the rest of-the house and the prop ortians became visuall y unacceptable. The house will sit in a field ali by itgell with no other houses near it, so no one will ever notice that the center section of the house is above the ma ximm m building W9 ht. The e I ovation of Great Pond Road is actual ly.above t:hL-propery, so as you drive by, for the most part, you will actually be looking down 0 n the house and the property. 4.
