Lis Zoning Enforcement Officer Steven R.Seide Paul G.Hutchins Legal Notice North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals Notice is hereby given that the North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the North Andover Town Hall at 120 Main Street,North Andover, MA on Tuesday, September 27,2022 at 7:30 p.m. to all parties interested in the petition of Edward C.Nieburger and Gayle D.Nieburger for property at 476 Great Pond Road (Map 064.0,Parcel 0022,North Andover,MA 01845 in the R-1 Zoning District. The Applicants are requesting Variances pursuant to Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws Section 195-4.19.C.0 Construction of a new permanent structure only after a variance has been granted by the Zoning Board of Appeals and Section 195-7.4 Table 2: Summary of Dimensional Requirements in the R- 1 Zoning District for the purpose of constructing a new single family house on the lot; specifically, Applicants have requested a building height needing a relief variance of 3 ft. (building height proposed is 38 ft.,building height required per Table 2 is 35 ft.).
