M. Quorum Present. Scott Masse, Vice Chairman arrived at the meeting: 8:00 P. M. Notice of Intent (s) 242-1401, Forest Street (Lot 2)(Plisinski)(Professional Land Services,Inc.)(cont. from 3/26/08) Thomas J Urbelis Town Counsel was present Mrs Wedge states the Conservation Commission agreed to accept the natural heritage plan was presented on March 26, 2008 4 to 1 vote Mr McDonough did not agree because the mground pool was out side scope of the settlement with the Conservation Commission Mr Urbelis stated you should just give him his Order of Conditions I heard the Zoning Board of Appeals relief they gave to Mr Plismski might be appealed by an abutter with the Zoning Board of Appeals decision A motion to close and issue a decision within 21 days was made by Mr Masse, seconded by Ms Feltovic Unanimous 242-1428, Lot 4N-A Turnpike Street(Merrimack Condominiums)(One Hundred Fourteen Trust)(Patrick C.
