Vaillancourt, Jim Stanford, Jean Enright, Willie Vicens, Ron Rudis, Jerry Brecher, Norma Lochmann, Peter Boynton, John Weir Call to Order : The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM by the Chair R. Vaillancourt Pledge of Allegiance Public comment Rick Gorman Possible uses for 400 Great Pond Road. Dick suggested that we have R. Gorman attend a meeting and discuss his proposals Diane Huster Possible uses and mitigations for 400 Great Pond Road Continue to brainstorm potential uses Dick summarized brain storming from previous meeting 1. Keep Building in place -> use as community space 2. a. Move all or part of the house (reviewed historical photo that shows the addition 3. Demolish house and build a more modern structure. Public Meeting: February 16, 2023 at 6:30 PM. Senior Center has been reserved. NACAM and Sarah Brush will shoot video and take pictures of the property the week of January 30, 2023. This material will be available at the public meeting. o Video is being prepared o Steve -> Annual cost of maintaining the building. Cost to open it for public space (multigenerational) o Norma -> FAQ handout o Dick -> Present 5 Options o Committee -> Present 5 principles listed in last meetings minutes o Jean -> Reduce CR PowerPoint to area and allowed uses Old Business: Ron sent email to listing agent requesting information on any architectural drawings, photos, etc. No Response Jim -> Requested legal opinion from Town Counsel as to whether there are restrictions to selling the property. Discussion on next steps Prepare PowerPoint for public meeting Public meeting th Next Meeting: Wednesday, February 8 at 1:30pm at the North Andover Fire Station Approval of Minutes: January 19, 2023 th Motion made by Peter Boynton to approve the minutes from the January 19, 2023 meeting. Seconded by Willie Vincens. Vote 10-0 in favor. The chair abstained. Adjournment Motion made and seconded.
