Hutchins Legal Notice North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals Notice is hereby given that the North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing remotely, via conference call, on Tuesday, February 09, 2021 at 7:30 pm to all parties interested in the petition of Albacado Limited Partnership for property at 00 Beechwood Drive (Map 34, Parcel 50), North Andover, MA 01845 in the CDD-3 Zoning District. The Applicant is requesting a Variance pursuant to Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws Section 195- 7.1A for Contiguous Buildable Area ("CBA") in the CDD-3 Zoning District for the purpose of constructing an enclosed three-story, self-storage facility; specifically, the applicant has requested a relief variance of 3,184 s£ (the CBA proposed is 78,491 s£ and the CBA required is 81,675 s£). Application and supporting materials are available for review, by appointment only, at the office of the Zoning Department located at 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA, on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from the hours of 8:00 am-4:00 pm, Tuesday from the hours of 8:00 am-5:30 pm, and Friday from the hours of 8:00 am-11:30 am.
