Request for parking waiver
Gentlemen:
Please consider this request for waiver of the town required
number of parking spaces for our new building addition.
Calculation: Existing building 40,000 square feet
New addition 60,000 square feet
Total building 100,000 square feet
Required parking 1 space per 500 square feet
Total required parking 200 spaces
We plan to provide a total of 50 spaces leaving space on the side for
150 future spaces. Our total number of employees is 50, including
planned new employees , handicapped parking and visitor parking.
Therefore we request a waiver from the 200 required spaces to 50
planned spaces.
Please refer to drawing L-1 as prepared by Maynard Associates Inc.
for reference.

Dear Mr. Costello:
Reference is made to the following Site Plan Review Special Permits issued by the
North Andover Planning Board with respect to your property located at 350 Holt Road,
North Andover, Massachusetts:
1. Special Permit 'issued on July 14, 1987 conditionally granting Crusader Paper,
Inc, a Special Permit under Section 8.3 of the Bylaw with respect to its plans
to construct an 80,000 square foot building on the premises.
2. Special Permit issued on December 15, 1992 conditionally approving a
petition by James Maynard on behalf of Clark Road Trust for a Site Plan
Review Special Permit under Section 8.3 of the Bylaw in order to permit the
construction of a 20,000 square foot addition to the existing building on the
premises.
The Planning Department hereby confirms to you that all conditions to the
effectiveness of the above Special Permits have been satisfied prior to the date hereof.
