The remaining work load for Deloury was listed as follows : 1 . Seeding and placement of fabric retainer at southerly top slopes . 2 . Rework the swale at mid-height . This swale is subject to occasional maintenance , because of sediment build-up . However , once the ground water becomes clear after seeding takes hold, the problem should be minimal . E' 3 . Cut virgin 2 : 1 slopes at southerly bottom slopes . 4 . Seeding and placement of fabric retainer at southerly bottom slopes , ' r 5 . Place stone rip-rap wherever needed , or as agreed upon . 6 . Install stone trench at bottom of southerly slope , according to detail on drawings . industrial/commercial buildings design build/construction management z y f 7 . Install all catch-basins as shown on drawings and ensure that a•11 are working as required . 8•. Excavate and prepare subgrades for baler door and trucking area . Install 6" - 8" gravel beneath areas to be paved . Attain 90% -- 95% compaction testing by authorized testing laboratory . 9 . Excavate , remove existing blacktop , re-install 6" - 8" gravel beneath fire access road areas damaged during construction of rip-rap slopes and earth slopes . Attain 90% -- 95% compaction testing by authorized testing laboratory . 10 . Repair any other areas throughout site that may have been damaged during earth work construction . 11 . Clean out all drainage systems and retainage basins or wetland areas , as requested by town of North Andover Conservation Depart- ment. or Building Department , 12 . Remove from site all materials remaining and leave in orderly condition , as agreed with owner . 13 . Repair and straighten light poles , and other structures , as damaged during construction . 14 . Check all water lines , hydrants , electrical lines and sewer and drainage lines for acceptance by owner . Deloury agrees that the above work will be completed prior to July 1 , 1990 , including allowance for bad weather , The remaining work load for Maynard Associates is listed as follows : 1 . Cut in parking islands , as pet, plan , and install asphalt curbing . 2 . Loam and sod areas in front of building as shown , 3 . Plant all trees and shrubs as shown . 4 . Install underground irrigation system, as required for sodded areas . 5 . Re-pave base course at baler dock area and fire access road , as required . 6 . Install finish coat of asphalt paving throughout parking , trucking and entrance road areas . 7 . Stripe parking areas for autos . 8 . Seal exterior easterly wall against storm seepage . 9 . Install awning at front entrance , as planned . 2 Maynard Associates agrees to complete this work within one month of • completion of Deloury ' s worts , allowing for bad weather . " .
