Remove all piles of items to ensure 36-inch pathway into bedroom exists so that window and closet can be accessed, and to remove harborage areas ford or rodents. 410.500 Ceiling in kitchen over the sink and kitchen counters had 4.7.23 N hole in it with piping from bathroom upstairs exposed. , Owner Investigate to ensure no leak is occurring, and repair any Responsibility leaks found as well as the bole in ceiling to be free of defect andeasily cleanable. Additional violations may be present that Were not able to be observed during this reinspection of the unit.
