Please see attached for your use/review in regards to the municipal water system coordination. We'll be happy to sit with you and Tim once you've had a chance to go through the record documents and discuss the water distribution system breakouts further. Included are the following documents we have on file for your reference: Merrimack College Water Distribution Plan (6/27/2003) 1. Campus-wide water system plan prepared by Sasaki in 2003, outlining the campus water system and general location of hydrants, valves and exterior meters. Recent Project Utility Plans for Record: 2. Volpe Athletic Center Expansion: As-Built plan for proposed improvements per Volpe project in North Andover, 2014. Included extension of water line in Cullen Ave to the SE and new hydrant at the 22-space parking lot. 3. Student Residences Project: As-Built plan for the Student Residences project in Andover, 2013. Included three (3) new water service connections to the existing Andover main. 4. North Campus Development—Phase 1., As-Built plan for the portion of the North Campus project in North Andover, 2016. Included removal of water system connection to Andover system at Rock Ridge Road, and new water connection to Andover Street, intended to isolate North Andover and Andover building services. Water Meter Readings: 5. To help identify the municipal breakout,we've also pulled some water meter billings for the campus, identifying which buildings are currently being billed by which Towns. Water Distribution Plan. Markup by Town, 2017: 6. Highlighted markup of the original water distribution system plan from 2003, incorporating all improvements from the three (3) projects noted above, record plans and the meter readings. We understand that this needs to be reviewed and verified, but have taken a pass at highlighting the apparent municipal breakout based on the original distribution plan and metering records. It's my understanding that this still needs to be confirmed, but wanted to take a first pass at our understanding based on available information and we can certainly review further. https:llm ai l.google.com/mai llu/O/?ui=2&ik=ab4f3cb798&view=pt&search=i nbox&"=15b3gbl aaeaadl89&th=15b38bfebd9eefa6&sim l=i5b38bfebd9ecfa6 1/2 4/4/2017 Town of North Andover Mail-Merrimack College-Sakowich&Athletics-Info per Engineering Comments on Water Systems If you wouldn't mind sending over a copy of the latest Town of North Andover standard specifications and/or details for us to incorporate into the drawings per your comments, would be greatly appreciated.
