The following documents are enclosed: 1. Application with plan and list of abutters attached; 2. Check in the amount of $25 for the filing fee; 3. Check in the amount of $42 for the legal notice fee; 4. Booklets entitled "Technical Supplement for Special Permit" as prepared by Vanasse/Hangen Engineering, inc. 5. Layout, materials and utility plan showing the premises and proposed changes. It is our request that the public hearing be scheduled ti- for May 29, 1986 if the Planning Board has a meeting at that time. r We respectfully request if you would advise this office as well as the applicant when the actual time and date have been scheduled. Would you kindly confirm that fact and advise us as to what time we will be onyour agenda. We are also having significant difficulty obtaining a � r complete copy of the North Andover Zoning By-Laws. Various provisions have been. quoted by the members of the- Board but we 1 1� have been unsuccessful in obtaining a copy of the Zoning By-Law in order to understand what standards are being applied.
