Lot 1A No. Andover Business Park
I have the following comments with regard to this site
plan review:
1 . The building must be fully sprinklered in accordance
with chapter 148 section 26G.
2 . The fire department connection shall be located as
per direction of the Fire Chief .
3. Local alarms, for notification of occupants, shall be
installed.
4 . A remote station monitoring of the fire alarms and
sprinkler system is recommended since fire alarm lines
do not extend to this area .
5 . The emergency fire access shall be installed at the end
of road "A" .

On Wednesday, October 8, 1986 the NACC unanimously voted to
approve the plans for a proposed addition at Lot 1/2 North Andover
Business Park, provided that the Order of Conditions, #242-1-93, are
followed. Said plans are entitled "Material Installations for
Channel by Thomas E. Neve Associates, Inc.� dated September 5, 1986,
three (3) sheets.
