Names & Addresses of persons involved:
Phis is a new office building on Bayfield drive , it will be two storys
with 8 ,100 Sq,Ft . Phase one and lT ,00Sq Ft . Phase two . T would ask of this
new development that the Planning Board require support of the lights
for the intersection on Mill Road and Rte . 114 Turnpike St . T feel that
we cannot keep adding to this Park without the Traffic Lights . Each new
building is adding to the traffic problem. We should also support the
connector from Rte . 125 By-Pass onto Bayfield Drive .

Dear Peter :
The Planning Board upon reviewing the above cited project; during
their August 4 , 19BE meeting had the following comments:
1 , Verification from NACC regarding the location of the
wetlands onsite .
E . Review the possibility of moving the structure away
from the wetlands towards Bayfield Drive and the
onsite parking lot .
.3 . The advisability of removing the fire lane , upon
designing a C point access to the structure out of the
wetlands .
4 . is the ?O ' x9G ' building footprint; critical to this
project? Revised dimensions could limit wetland
impacts.
5 . !deed a let ,e= from the applicant agreeing to
contribute to the traffic light fund for the Willow
Street /Route 114 intersection .
6 . Need a copra of the plan and accompaning drainage
calculations fo - the subdivision prepared by H . W .
Moore .
7 . ("Maintain a undisturbed buffer area between the
structure and Route 125 . The buffet area shall be as
large as possible ,
8 . A statement; on the plan that no exterior lighting wi 1 l

This project is scheduled for TRC reivew to eliminate conflicts �

Decision pertaining to the referenced project► dated 9/26/88, this
letter is to serve as acknowledgement of Toscano & Ardito's agreement
to contribute its proportional share to a traffic light funding effort
for the Route 114 and Willow Street intersection.
