T would ask of this new development that the Planning Board require support of the lights for the intersection on Mill Road and Rte . 114 Turnpike St . T feel that we cannot keep adding to this Park without the Traffic Lights . Each new building is adding to the traffic problem. We should also support the connector from Rte . 125 By-Pass onto Bayfield Drive . E . Review the possibility of moving the structure away from the wetlands towards Bayfield Drive and the onsite parking lot . .3 . The advisability of removing the fire lane , upon designing a C point access to the structure out of the wetlands . 4 . is the ?O ' x9G ' building footprint; critical to this project? Any signing on the structure should be shown to the Planning Board prior to the close of the public hearing . 1O .
