Andover, NM Plaiming Board review Dear Tirn, In response to your review letter of December 16, 2004, regarding the above referenced project, this office has revised and/or supplemented the submittal, as attacheq acid as described below: Section 4.-1—Di w1rid isse Regulations This site Was rezoned General Business, per Building Inspector Me uire). Section 8.3—Site Plan Review 8.3.5.e.ii^The property line has been identified and labeled. 8.3.5.e.ivi'—The 25' and 50' buffer lines have been labeled on sheet S 2. The entire parcel is within the 100' wetlands buffer. There are no easements of record on the parcel being de�. eloped. 8.3.5.e.v—The site relief change does not allow for two foot contour's. 8.3.5.e.xi ii—The entrance driveway has a modified bituminous berin nd a guard rail. 8.3.5.e.xv—The planting schedule on sheet S-3 has been revised. The area of this site being developed will be raised for building and parking, and therefore the trees in that same area will ne d to be cut. The entire site being developed will consist of asphalt pa� inent, including the parking beneath the building. 8.3.5.e.xvi—The dumpster will be completely fenced in with a gate it the front. The detail of the gate is shown on sheet S-4. The proposed culvert has been sized to meet or exceed the swa m ecapacity. It nice, equalizes the water level on both sides, due to the size or the surrounding wetland system. 9. Refer to profile on sheet S-6. The plate has been removed, sine it applied to a previous NOI submittal/Order of Conditions. The box culvert ill be bedded in 8 irtches.of stone. The box culvert will be H-20 capable. Guard ails are pro used on both sides of the drive. As part of this submittal, e;:await con,rments from DPW. 10. The drainage from this site discharges to a large wetland system weather in one or several points, therefore CAQ chose to use one discharg , per review by tlkc Conservation Commission and its agent. CAO will do a fiirther review of the flood plain. 3. The,:entire site is bounded by a Swale or a wetland, with no diy Iccess. 4. Refer to NOT 5. No Work: is proposed within the 25 foot no-cut line. Parking, landscaping and a detention basin are proposed within the 50 foot line. 6. Refs r to S-3. 7. CAO has considered it a wetland, due to its connection to the remaking system. 8. These are no alternative access points. Drainage Calculations 1. Pro�osal has been revised. t 2. Infiltration has been relocated. Operation and Main fenance Plan l. Ownership and developer have been identified. 2. Sweeping will occur as directed. 3. Repo;rting of replication, sweeping, etc. will occur as directed. 4.
