Andrew Melnikas, Fire Prevention Re: Circuit Repair Corporation Date: January 3, 1989 z have reviewed the plans submitted for Circuit Repair Corp. on Flagship Drive and have the following recommendations : 1 . An additional hydrant at the loading dock area off the pavement. Leave the existing hydrant at street for use not only for this building but for the area. 2 . Must be fully sprinklered and have alarm and detection devices connected to a master fire alarm box. Such systems must have plans submitted for approval by the Fire Department. 3. Permits will be required for all flammable storage. These permits must be renewed annually. 4 . Material Safety Data Sheets must be submitted and reportable quantities under SARA Title TIT or RCRA to the Fire Chief. 5. What is the intended use of the Mezzanine? 6. Secured key access box to be installed on building prior to occupancy. Either myself or the Chief will be attending the meeting on January 5, 1989 . Lt. The Building will be equipped with the Fire Suppression System required by the Fire Marshall . S . The tenant, will secure Permits for all flammable storage . 4 . The tenant will supply Safety Data Sheets . 5 . The Mezzanine is primarily a future area for growth . Possible uses may be additional Manager or Executive Offices, Clerical or Business Work Area , File Storage , Mechanical , Etc . 6 .
