Notice is hereby given that the North Andover Planning Board will
hold a Public Hearing on Monday evening, November 9, 1987 at 8:00 PM in
the Town Office Library/Conference Room, 120 Main Street, with all parties
interested in the application of Park Street Development Trust, 165 Elm Street
North Andover, Massachusetts requesting a site plan review through the Special
Permit Process under Section 8.3 of the North Andover Zoning By-law. The
purpose of the Site Plan is to review the proposal to construct a 50,000 square
foot two story Industrial, office building on 3.75 acres, more or less, on
Lot Et Flagship Drive in a I-1 Industrial Zoning District.
Plans are available in the North Andover Planning Office between
8:30 AM and 4:30 PM.
