ISSUES TO BE RESOLVED
The following items of information need to be supplied:
1 . ) Drainage calculations/Drainage Design
2 . ) Detailed landscaping plan
3 . ) Building elevations/Height of structure
4 . ) Need site topography
5 . ) Location of water and sewer lines/fire hydrants
Staff has the following comments :
Landscaping
1 . ) Landscaping of parking lot in accordance with
Section 8 . 4 1 tree 3 : 5 DBH 4 ' high for every 30
linear feet of frontage . Estimated number of trees
(28 trees needed) Rows which conatin 10 or more spaces
shall provide landscape islands . Applicant should
meet with staff to consider design alternative.
2 . ) Lot Circulation
Question the use of a driveway to provide 3601 access
to structure . Other methods should be explored.
Provide separate access points for truck and car
traffic. Eliminate the driveway in the front of
the structure .
3 . ) Entrances
Show the location of all entrances and walkways on
the site.
4 . Lighting.,
Show the location of all lighting fixtures on the
site . All lighting should be designed so that it
falls entirely within the perimeters of the site.
5 . ) Height•
Need to know the height of the structure .
6 . ) Loading Dock
Design for this area should provide for trucks to
back into the dock area without pulling out into
Flagship Drive.

Dear Scott:
We wish to withdraw our application for site plan re-
view for Lot E' , Flagship Drive and close the Public Hearing
on the matter.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are not able to
present a complete submission to the Planning Board; we will
refile a new application at a later date.
I apologize for any inconvenience that we may have caused.

voted to accept your request to withdraw without prejudice the
Special Permit request for Site Plan Review of Lot "E" Flagship
Drive.
Be advised that any new request for Site Plan Review of this
site will be considered a new application.
