are to review the plaits aid calculakioils for Lhe above referenced comimzcidl
development in the Towil of North Andover, Specifically, oar review would cover
stormwater runoff calculations and design. The plan would be reviewed undex the
Zoning Board regulations covering the site plan review. ille plans Would also be
reviewed for conformalice to st,ildard engineering design Practices.
Included in this ProPO Sal is a SCOPe of Services Which outlines the specific aisles to be
performed. t listing of Additional Services which are excluded from this contract, and
discussions of Schedule, Pee and Basis of Payment,
1.0 SCOPE OF SRRVICES

will be billed based on actual hours worked on the project. Fees for services listed under
Additional Services, if required, would be gilled on a time toad materials basis in
accordance with the attached Fee Schedule.

Enclosed is the latest revision to the above site plan in response to issues outlined in
the Planning Board's conditional approval dated January 10, 1997.
Attached is also my earlier letter dated Dec. 10, 1996 as background information.
You will note that we now are proposing to control drainage with underground storage
tanks to detain the incremental volume resulting from the proposed development(72,000 gallons--see
note 15 of site plan). This addresses item# 1a of your letter. I believe all the remaining items listed in
special condition# 1, `b' through `d',have also been satisfied by this latest plan.
