Conservation Conditions of Approval,NACC #305
Pursuant to section 4.4.2 of the North.Andover Wetlands Protection Regulations,
Nadim Daou filed for a Small Project permit application for work proposed at 122 Autran Avenue,
North Andover. The work involves: the filling;in and loathing and seeding;the footprint of an in-
ground s\viixxming pool, the surrounding concrete patio will be retained. The resource area is an.
intermittent stream that is piped for most of the subject site and daylights at the southeast corner of
the property. The Buffer Zone is therefore drawn perpendicular to the culvert face - this puts all of
the pool outside the l Z,with only the equipment access and operation occurring in the buffer zone
within lawn and on concrete patio that is being retained. An 8" section of fence will be removed to
allow equipment access off of the end of the driveway.
During the 1\play 10, 2023 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Commission (NACC)
found this project to qualify as a Small Project Pcrtnit and voted unanimously to approve this

subject to corn liance with the conditions listed below.The project is approved only as it
relates to the Conser;ration. Commission and any and all other approvals should be obtained by the
applicant/homeowner.

The following conditions are hereby mandated:
CONDITIONS:
1. Prior. to work commencing, the homeowner shall have an 8" diameter 1v,Iulch/Wood Chip-
filled Sock installed on southeast portion of fence to envelope the access area and schedule
an on--sitc pre-construction meeting with the contractor and the Conservation Department
to inspect installation and review the scope of work and conditions of this approval.

2. Post-construction inspection shall be scheduled with the Conservation Department to vcrify
compliance and approve removal of the mulch sock.
3. This permit shall expire one year from the date of issuance.
