PIC to ensure foods are packaged in a way that the integrity of food is protected from potential contamination and tampering. **RE-INSPECTION** OBSERVED PREPARED FOODS AND PACKAGED CANDIES AND NUTS PACKAGED IN A WAY THAT DOES NOT PROTECT FOODS FROM POTENTIAL CONTAMINATION AND TAMPERING. PIC STATES OWNER INTENDS TO CORRECT PACKAGING. WILL VERIFY COMPLIANCE AT NEXT ROUTINE INSPECTION. 3-202 .15-Pf REGULATION: Item 13 Food reviceived in good condition, safe, and unadulterated -- Package Integrity Verified 05/08/23 OBSERVATION: Observed multiple packaged prepared foods in open-face refrigerator including american chop suey, chicken, broccoli, ziti, and chicken wings between 47-50°F. PIC called for service on unit during time of inspection. PIC started voluntarily discarding foods that have remained in refrigerator for more than 4 hours. PIC to send status update or repair slip to health office within 24 hours. **RE-INSPECTION** OBSERVED MAC AND CHEESE AND COMMERCIALLY PRE-PACKAGED HOT DOGS BOTH IN OPEN-FACE REFRIGERATOR AT 11OF AT TIME OF RE-INSPECTION. PIC STATES OWNER WILL SEND REPAIR SLIP TO HEALTH OFFICE ONCE OBTAINED. 3-501 .16 (A) (2) (B) -P REGULATION: Item 22 Proper cold holding temperature -- Holding TCS Food, Cold OBSERVATION: Observed packaged prepared food items missing labeling components. Discussed labeling requirements with PIC. Label information shall include: (1) The common name of the FOOD, or absent a common name, an adequately descriptive identity statement; (2) If made from two or more ingredients, a list of ingredients in descending order of predominance by weight, including a declaration of artificial color or flavor and chemical preservatives, if contained in the FOOD; (3) An accurate declaration of the quantity of contents; (4) The name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor. **RE-INSPECTION** OBSERVED PREPARED FOODS MISSING QUANTITY OF CONTENTS ON LABELS. WILL VERIFY COMPLIANCE AT NEXT ROUTINE INSPECTION. 3-602 .11 REGULATION: Item 37 Food properly labeled : original container -- Food Labels In Compliance Observed single-door refrigerator containing commercially pre-packaged cheese, gallons of milk, and cartons of eggs operating at 41°F. Observed walk-in refrigerator containing cartons of eggs operating at 41°F. Observed foods in freezer units to be frozen solid. Observed handwashing sink in compliance. Observed dry storage in compliance. Observed toilet room in compliance. Observed bodily fluid clean-up kit in toilet room. No pest activity observed. Closing Violations marked "Verified" have been corrected. Violations not marked "Verified" remain uncorrected. Uncorrected violations are to be corrected immediately. Uncorrected violations may result in additional Re-inspections and fees, fines and or administrative action including possible suspension of permit.
