The principal points upon which I base my application are as follows: (must be stated in detail Proposed- additions: warehouse and process 21,379 s.f. ; office - 1,800 s.f. Require: 28 additional parking spaces. Present operation requires 173 car spaces as approved on November 14, 1984. Existing parking lot contains 208 spaces. r Minimum parking required.- 201 spaces. These forms shall be furnished by the Clerk upon request. Any communication pin-porting to be an application shall be treated as mere notice of intention to seek relief until such time as it is made on the official application form. All information called for by the form shall be furnished by the applicant in the manner therein prescribed.
