In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11, the North Andover Planning
Board will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for Watershed Special Permit and for Site Plan Review
Special Permit under Sections 4,136 & 8.3 of the North Andover
Zoning Bylaw respectively. The Applicants seeks permits for the
construction of a contractor's garage consisting of two proposed
structures, each with a floor area of 6000 square feet, in Industrial
2 Zoning District and is also in the Non-Disturbance Zone of the
Watershed Protection District.
