This will have a positive impact on the community. The proposed buildings will not be dissimilar to the existing buildings on the Airport property. The use as a contractors garage will not detract from the adjoining properties Fiscal Impact The project will have a positive fiscal impact on North Andover because as a relocation of an existing business the project will not cause any increase on the services of the Town. Additionally the new construction will be a source of tax revenue. Traffic Impact The relocation of the company out of a residential neighborhood will lessen the traffic in the Inglewood St. neighborhood. The industrial zone at the Airport combined with the access to Sutton Street and Osgood Street assures adequate roads for this project. The company owns five tri-axle trucks a six-wheeled sander as well as miscellaneous plows, asphalt paving equipment and a backhoe. Were a traffic study be done to determine the effect on the level of service on Sutton Street little impact would be calculated because of the few:number of vehicles.
