Re. Extension of Special Permit
Ladies/Gentlemen:
On September 20, 2001,the North Andover Planning Board approved a Special Permit
for Site Plan Review for 0 Turnpike Street,Lot 94N. (See attached cover page of the
permit). This permit will expire in two years on September 19, 2003,
An abutter has filed a lawsuit against the No. Andover Planning Board,the Selectmen
and us, challenging the permit. See attached cover page of the complaint. The deposition
and preparation for the trial are on going.
Therefore, we are requesting an indefinite extension of the permit, pending the outcome
of the lawsuits.
