PIC to ensure handwashing soap is supplied at handwashing sinks at all times. **RE-INSPECTION** HANDWASHING SOAP AVAILABLE AT HANDWASHING SINK IN WOMEN'S TOILET ROOM AT TIME OF RE-INSPECTION. 6-301 .11-Pf REGULATION: Item 10 Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible -- Handwashing Cleanser, Availability Verified 06/21/23 OBSERVATION: Observed commercially pre-packaged yogurt cup and pre-packaged tuna salad sandwich both in open-face refrigerator at 54°F and 43°F respectively. PIC voluntarily removed TCS items from refrigerator during time of inspection. PIC states intention to call for service on unit. PIC to send status update or repair slip to health office within 24 hours. **RE-INSPECTION** NO TCS FOODS OR BEVERAGES BEING STORED IN OPEN-FACE REFRIGERATOR AT TIME OF RE-INSPECTION. 3-501 .16 (A) (2) (B) -P REGULATION: Item 22 Proper cold holding temperature -- Holding TCS Food, Cold Verified 06/21/23 OBSERVATION: Observed unlabeled package of hotdogs and ribs that PIC states are from "Dom's Meats. " Discussed labeling requirements with PIC. PIC voluntarily removed unlabeled items from refrigerator during time of inspection. Label information shall include: (1) The common name of the FOOD, or absent a common name, an adequately descriptive identity statement; (2) If made from two or more ingredients, a list of ingredients in descending order of predominance by weight, including a declaration of artificial color or flavor and chemical preservatives, if contained in the FOOD; (3) An accurate declaration of the quantity of contents; (4) The name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor. **RE-INSPECTION** OBSERVED TWO PACKAGES OF PITA BREAD MISSING LABELS. PIC REMOVED ITEMS FROM SHELF DURING TIME OF RE-INSPECTION. PIC TO ENSURE FOOD ITEMS ARE PROPERLY LABELED WITH REQUIREMENTS GIVEN ABOVE. 3-602 .11 REGULATION: Item 37 Food properly labeled : original container -- Food Labels OBSERVATION: No covered receptacle available in women's toilet room for the proper disposal of sanitary napkins/products. PIC to provide covered receptacle in toilet room. **RE-INSPECTION** NO COVERED RECEPTACLE AVAILABLE IN WOMEN'S TOILET ROOM AT TIME OF RE-INSPECTION. PIC TO PROVIDE COVERED RECEPTACLE IN WOMEN'S TOILET ROOM. WILL VERIFY AT NEXT ROUTINE INSPECTION. 5-501 .17 REGULATION: Item 53 Toilet features; properly constructed, supplied,and cleaned -- Toilet Room Receptacle, Womens, Covered Discussion Observed one package of pita bread with apparent spots of mold evidenced by blue/green spots. Employee discarded packaged of pita bread during time of inspection. **RE-INSPECTION** NO FOODS OBSERVED WITH EVIDENCE OF MOLD AT TIME OF RE-INSPECTION. Discussion No copy of food permit on site at time of inspection. PIC to obtain copy of food permit and post in public view. **RE-INSPECTION** PIC STATES THEY HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH HEALTH OFFICE REGARDING OBTAINING FOOD PERMIT. PIC TO POST IN PUBLIC VIEW ONCE OBTAINED. Observed multi-glass door refrigerator containing gallons of milk operating at 41°F. Observed foods in freezer units to be frozen solid. Closing Violations marked "Verified" have been corrected. Violations not marked "Verified" remain uncorrected. Uncorrected violations are to be corrected immediately. Uncorrected violations may result in additional Re-inspections and fees, fines and or administrative action including possible suspension of permit.
