Catering located in Burlington, MA caters events on site .
Verified 07/11/23 OBSERVATION : PIC states catering staff hold CFPM certificates but unable
to verify at time of inspection . Discussed with PIC to obtain copies of
certificates for review.

operating at 164 °F via inspector ' s dish plate thermometer . Observed
quaternary sanitizer available at three bay sink.
