Verified 06/13/23 OBSERVATION: Observed ice machine with accumulation of what appears to be
mold around chute area. PIC to ensure machine is emptied, cleaned, and
sanitized.

Verified 06/13/23 OBSERVATION: Observed deli slicer with slight accumulation of food
particles on back of blade. PIC states slicer was last used a few days.
PIC to ensure slicer is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use.

Verified 06/13/23 OBSERVATION: Observed grilled chicken and sliced cheese that PIC states
was cooked and sliced respectively two days ago without date marking.
Discussed date marking requirements with PIC.

with chemical that PIC identified as "Pinesol" not labeled with common
name of chemical they contain. PIC to ensure working containers and spray
bottles filled with chemicals are labeled with common name of chemical
they contain.

"RE-INSPECTION" OBSERVED CONSUMER ADVISORY MISSING FOOTNOTE. REVIEWED
REQUIREMENTS WITH PIC.
In Compliance Observed CFPM and allergen certificates posted in public
view. Observed raw chicken in "Raetone" branded two door refrigerator at
38°F. Observed sliced cheese in "Padela" branded single-door refrigerator
at 40°F. Observed cooked chicken wings and fried chicken both in "Grista"
branded single-door refrigerator at 38°F and 40°F respectively. Observed
meatballs and pizza sauce both in top section of in-line refrigerator at
40°F. Observed meatballs in cabinet section of unit at 41°F. Observed a
sliced tomato in top section of additional in-line refrigerator at 40°F.
Observed cooked chicken in cabinet section of unit at 41°F. Observed
low-temperature warewashing machine dispensing 100ppm of bleach sanitizer
via readily available testing strips. Observed foods in freezer units to
be frozen solid.
Discussion Observed hood sticker in compliance, next service due in June
2023.
Closing Violations marked "Verified" have been corrected. Violations not marked
"Verified" remain uncorrected. Uncorrected violations are to be corrected
immediately. Uncorrected violations may result in additional
Re-inspections and fees, fines and or administrative action including
